Metalico decorative paint is a modern wall decoration that, when painted, gives the walls a pearly glow, reminiscent of velvet.
It is thick in consistency, so it can be used both as a paint and as a decorative plaster.
Properties and applications of Metalico paint:
- Metalico is resistant to repeated washing and does not require the use of varnish for protection.
- This paint is characterized by a high gloss or matte finish, depending on the application tool used.
- It is easy to use and clean, which makes it suitable for both homes and public places such as hotels and restaurants.
- Metalico layers can be added multiple times to emphasize the structure or aesthetic values.
Application of Metalico decorative paint:
- The foundation and its color are very important.
- It is recommended to use Pigio Primer primer to prepare the substrate.
- It is important that the substrate is smooth and clean before applying Metalico.
- Apply Metalico onto the dried primer paint using a sponge, roller or trowel.
- After application, the decorative effect is initially dry after 8 hours, and the full properties and resistance to dirt are achieved after 7 days.
