Returns and complaints

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract with without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, except for the situations described in the REGULATIONS. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you are obliged to inform us about your decision in a clear statement (e.g. . letter sent by post, fax or e-mail)

We make every effort to ensure that our products are of a high standard and meet the requirements of our customers. Any damage occurring during delivery should be immediately reported to the person delivering the parcel and a DAMAGE REPORT should be prepared in the presence of the courier, and then contact our Sales Department by phone or via e-mail.

Product returns are limited:

Pursuant to Art. 38 point 3 of the Act, the consumer cannot return an item if it is "non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs"

We use this recipe for most products because they are modified at the customer's request, e.g. paints and plasters, which are dyed in the selected color in a mixer.

NOTE: We accept complaints after presenting proof of purchase, i.e. a receipt or VAT invoice, and delivering the goods to the company's headquarters for verification.

The basis for a complaint regarding the delivered goods CANNOT be:

a) natural losses in the goods resulting from their properties;

b) features of the goods specified by the Buyer (e.g. color - indicating the wrong shade, shape, allegations regarding equipment or individual elements that do not affect the properties of the goods given by the manufacturer and the Store, etc.) if the Buyer has not specified these features in such a way, that it is possible to determine without any doubt that the delivered goods do not contain the features specified by the Buyer.

The complaint should include at least:

a) name and surname or company name and address of residence or registered office of the Buyer,

b) indication of the person making the complaint;

c) the subject of the complaint

d) confirmation of purchase of the complained goods;

e) justification for the complaint;

f) the amount of compensation if the complainant requests compensation,

g) signature of the complaining party in the case of a complaint submitted in writing or identifying data of the complaining party in the case of a complaint submitted electronically or by telephone,

h) date of preparation of the complaint,

i) list of attached documents,

j) contact telephone number of the person submitting the complaint or e-mail address.

BUDUJTO.PL considers complaints within 30 days from the date of submitting a correct complaint along with the required attachments, but if the buyer who is a consumer requested the replacement of the item or removal of the defect or submitted a declaration of price reduction, specifying the amount by which the price is to be reduced, BUDUJTO.PL will respond to this request within 14 days. The consumer will be informed about this by e-mail or telephone.

Filing a complaint

To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Return/Complaint Form

2. Send back the product (When submitting a complaint, please send back the product along with all its accessories and the purchase document.)

Also include all accessories received with the declaration and the returned product(s) as well as the receipt or invoice in the package with the declaration and the returned product(s).


Annex to the REGULATIONS: Information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract. Right to withdraw from the contract

In the case of purchasing a product that has not been modified to suit the individual preferences of the customer, e.g. decorative paint or plaster colored in a mixer. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

The right to withdraw from this contract does not apply to the purchase of a product that has been modified at the customer's request. E.g. coloring paint, plaster, etc.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in the event that: sale is impossible, the goods have been withdrawn by the manufacturer, the purchase price of the product is lower than the purchase price of the seller (dumping).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear declaration electronically on our website [please insert website address]. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of information about withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (in writing or by e-mail).

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.

Due to drastic shortages of raw materials and goods, which cause constant and frequent price increases, the seller reserves the right to refuse to complete the sales contract in whole or in part, which could expose him to losses resulting from the implementation of the sales contract. At the same time, he undertakes to return the funds paid in full or in an adequate part if the sales contract was partially completed.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.

If the sales contract was partially completed, the refund will also be partial less the completed part and transport costs.

Please send back or deliver the item to us at the correspondence address provided in the REGULATIONS immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day deadline expires.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
