Description
Limestone stucco
Francesco GUARDI lime stucco is a prestigious and exclusive wall decoration, inspired by ancient plastering methods.
It perfectly imitates the surface of a polished stone with a split structure, which enhances the visual effect of any room. It is intended for decorating walls and ceilings only inside buildings.
Properties of lime stucco:
- High vapor permeability.
- Resistance to bacteria, mold and fungi.
- The effect of polished stone.
- Durable coating finish.
- Washing resistant.
Application of lime stucco:
- In apartments, such as a hall, corridor or living room.
- In public spaces, e.g. restaurants or hotels.
- Modern interiors and those decorated in retro style.
Preparation of the substrate and application of lime stucco:
- The substrate must be clean of dirt, even, free of cracks, dried and free of grease stains.
- You should also apply a primer to reduce the absorbency of the substrate and increase adhesion.
- Stucco should be applied in two or three layers using a stainless steel trowel.
- Each layer should be smoothed out to highlight the pattern and then left to dry for approximately 24 hours.
Waxing:
To increase the resistance of the coating, an impregnating and protective wax is used, which deepens the color and facilitates care. After the wax dries slightly, it is polished to obtain a shine.
The stucco is colored according to the customer's individual order. Please consider your purchases carefully as we do not accept returns of products from the mixer.
