Styramik THS04 25kg EPS Adhesive 

Styramik THS-04 is a high-quality adhesive mortar in the form of a dry mix, designed for fixing polystyrene (EPS) boards in building insulation systems. It is characterized by very good adhesion to typical mineral substrates and ease of processing, making it an optimal choice for ETICS system contractors.

Applications of Styramik THS-04 adhesive:

• Bonding polystyrene (EPS) boards: Ideal for white polystyrene mounted on the external walls of buildings.
• Various substrates: Can be used on surfaces such as: ordinary and cellular concrete (aerated concrete), ceramic and silicate bricks and blocks, traditional cement and cement-lime plasters.
• Minor repair works: The mortar is also suitable for filling and smoothing small defects in mineral substrates.

• For best results, proper substrate preparation is recommended (it should be load-bearing, clean, and dry), and surface priming for high-absorbency substrates. The mortar should be mixed mechanically until a uniform, lump-free mass is obtained.

Note: Styramik THS-04 adhesive is intended exclusively for bonding polystyrene boards. For the reinforced layer (mesh embedding), the manufacturer recommends using adhesive-base coat mortars, such as Therma+ TH-03.
