Which paint should I use on a ceiling?

A matte one — anti-reflex or ultra-matte. Light from windows and lamps runs along the ceiling at a sharp angle, so finishes with sheen expose every streak and coat overlap. Matte scatters the light and masks roller marks.

Satin or matte for walls?

Satin where walls get touched and washed: hallways, corridors, children's rooms. Matte where looks and the masking of small imperfections matter: living rooms and bedrooms. Leave gloss for perfectly smooth surfaces you intend to wash intensively.

Can I order a colour from a manufacturer's card, NCS or RAL?

Yes — we tint paints on site to manufacturers' colour cards plus the NCS and RAL palettes, so you can match an architect's design exactly. Allow 1–2 extra days for mixing-room preparation, and note that tinted products cannot be returned.

A ready off-the-shelf paint or tinted to order?

Ready paints from known brands — Magnat, Tikkurila, Beckers, Śnieżka, Guardi — ship immediately in factory colours. Choose tinting when the colour must match a specific card or design number — we then prepare the paint in our mixing room to that exact number.

Why use a primer if the top coat covers?

A primer evens out the wall's absorbency and gives a uniform base — so the top coat covers evenly and often needs fewer coats. It pays off especially on fresh skim coats, after spot repairs and when going from a dark colour to a light one.
