New Ecorson Activator

New Ecorson Activator has been developed to create decorative effects in the form of characteristic discolorations and to accelerate the rusting process of the Oxidecor Extra Fine decorative coating.

It is an activating layer designed for application onto a wet surface.

Thanks to the activator, unique visual effects inspired by natural corrosion can be achieved, with the possibility of controlled shaping of the effect.

Apply New Activator using an atomizer onto the slightly drying layer of Oxidecor Extra Fine. 

Please note that the amount and frequency of activator application depend on the environmental conditions and the drying time of the layer onto which it is applied. The slower the drying process, the more discoloration will occur. 

Factors such as humidity, temperature, and drafts affect the drying process. 

Do not carry out the work in direct sunlight, rain, wind, or freezing temperatures. 

The first application should be relatively uniform over the entire surface. 

Before the surface has completely dried, apply the Activator several additional times over the entire layer or locally to intensify the rust effect.

Then leave the entire surface to dry. If the final effect is not satisfactory, an additional layer of LAZUR Activator can be applied to the already dry surface.
