The most important features of Lakma silicone plaster:

• More elastic than acrylic and especially silicate plaster. Thanks to this, it can be tinted to more intense and darker colors.
• Self-cleaning – dust is washed away by rain; tougher dirt can be washed off with a pressure washer (e.g., Kärcher type).
• The plaster “breathes,” which is especially important for thick walls and those insulated with mineral wool.
• Contains biocides that hinder the growth of fungi and other growths. This is an important feature for investors today.
• We tint it in the basic palette and in colors of other manufacturers.
• It can be adapted for spray application.

Plasters tinted in intense colors may fade faster than pastel ones. We recommend protecting the wall with UV filters, such as UV Varnish from Guardi.

Application of Lakma silicone plaster:

Traditional method: Apply the plaster with a smooth INOX trowel and float with a smooth plastic (PVC) trowel. Requires at least two people.

Spray method: Application performed using a compressor and a spray-plaster gun. Allows higher yield per bucket and enables one-person work.

The plaster is tinted to the customer’s individual order. Please make thoughtful purchases, as we do not accept returns of mixed products.

How to calculate silicone plaster consumption per 1 m²?

Average consumption of Lakma plaster depends on grain size and application method. For 1.5 mm grain it’s approx. 2.5 kg/m², for 2 mm – approx. 3 kg/m². Spray application is more efficient than traditional. The calculator converts this automatically for you.

Does the calculator account for spray application?

Yes, you can choose both traditional trowel application and spray application. The calculator accounts for different efficiency for both methods.

How to calculate the amount of primer under the plaster?

The calculator immediately provides the number of Total Grunt primer buckets (12 kg). The yield of one bucket is about 40 m².

What price should I enter into the calculator?

If you choose a color other than white, copy the bucket price shown for the selected plaster color. For white plaster, the calculator will assume the default price.

What if a small area remains uncovered after calculation?

The calculator will inform you about the remaining area. It’s worth ordering an extra bucket or consulting an advisor to avoid interrupting the work.
