GEL EP40 + CT50 Valpaint Epoxy Gel Resin

GEL EP40 + CT50 is a high-quality, two-component transparent protective resin designed for application with a stainless steel trowel.

The product has been specifically developed to protect vertical and horizontal surfaces in bathrooms, wet areas, and inside shower enclosures.

It creates a seamless, glossy, and completely continuous coating without grout joints, eliminating areas where dirt, moisture, and microorganisms can accumulate.

Once cured, the coating is waterproof, abrasion-resistant, and resistant to standard household cleaning chemicals.

Thanks to its transparent finish, it preserves the appearance of the decorative surface beneath the protective layer while enhancing it with depth and a high-gloss effect.

Preparation Instructions:

Before use, the product must be thoroughly mixed with the CT50 hardener. Mixing should not exceed 3 minutes, ensuring that all material, including that adhering to the sides of the container, is fully incorporated. After mixing, the product should be used within approximately 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 20°C (68°F).

Application Conditions:

• Substrate and ambient temperature: from +15°C to +30°C (59°F to 86°F),
• Relative humidity below 75%,
• The substrate must be completely dry,
• The use of dehumidifiers or room heating is recommended when necessary,
• Avoid application during foggy conditions or periods of high humidity.
