The set includes all necessary materials to create a facade concrete effect.

Murisil Plast is a next-generation plaster based on silicone resin (organosilicon), containing specially selected grains and microfibers that enhance its resistance to cracks.

It is designed for use both outdoors and indoors.

Once dried, it forms a hydrophobic, vapor-permeable coating that effectively protects the building from moisture penetration while allowing the surface to breathe freely.

It is characterized by increased abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion to the substrate, and durability against adverse weather conditions.

The 10m² Set Includes:

• Mfa Classic - Primer

Absorbent (stable) substrates should be primed using a diluted MFA Classic concentrate in a 1:3 ratio with water.

Apply the primer using a brush, thoroughly rubbing it into the substrate.

Priming strengthens the surface and increases the adhesion and efficiency of subsequent layers.

• Primer EG - Quartz Base Coat

An interior-exterior quartz primer with coarse grain, recommended to be diluted with 5-15% water and applied to the surface using a brush.

Enhances adhesion, adheres well, and strengthens surfaces intended for plaster application. Primer EG can be used on any type of stable substrate.

• Murisil Plast 1500 or 1000 - Structural Layer

For applying, troweling, and smoothing the plaster, use an INOX steel trowel.

Before application, thoroughly mix the contents of the bucket with a slow-speed mixer until a uniform consistency is achieved.

The product is ready to use; if the consistency is too thick, dilute with a maximum of 5% water.

Apply the plaster with a slight excess, then press the trowel flat against the surface and lift it off to create the desired structure.

After forming the texture, do not smooth it too early or too late. The plaster should not stick to the trowel; when done at the right time, the surface should be easy to smooth, leaving only slight indentations.

Repeat this process multiple times, working in sections until the application is fully completed.

Thickness of Murisil Plast Facade Concrete:

• Murisil Plast 1000 is a medium-grain concrete.

Murisil Plast 1000 is more efficient due to its finer grain compared to Murisil Plast 1500.

• Murisil Plast 1500 is a coarse-grain concrete.

Murisil Plast 1500 has lower efficiency due to its larger grain compared to Murisil Plast 1000.
