Venetian Plaster White Marble Effect with Gold Veins – Set with Metal Leaf
Let me introduce you to Venetian plaster, which allows you to create a white marble effect with gold veins and fine black veining.
We want to make shopping easier for our customers, which is why we prepare product sets for specific surface areas. Detailed information about what is included in each set can be found in the section: Key Information.
In short, the set includes:
- White Venetian plaster Stucco by Pigio
- Black Venetian plaster Stucco by Pigio
- Gold flakes, foil, metal leaf
- Adhesive for gold foil
- Original Italian polishing wax Monocera
How was the set efficiency calculated?
We assumed a reasonable average based on practical usage, i.e. 0.2 kg per m² per layer. Each layer of plaster should be as thin as possible. For the wax, I assumed a consumption of 100–120 grams per m², as I assume you are aiming for a mirror effect. A mirror effect requires mechanical polishing.
Assuming that the marble effect with veins is applied in two layers, a 2 kg package is sufficient for 3–3.5 m² of wall.
If we add the smallest package of plaster, i.e. 1 kg, you will get approximately 5 m² if you use the entire amount.
