Stucco SB30 + CT90 Valpaint – Two-Component Filling Compound for Joints, Cracks, and Surface Defects

STUCCO SB30 + CT90 Valpaint is a professional two-component epoxy-based filling compound designed for filling grout joints, gaps, cracks, and various surface imperfections prior to the application of decorative wall systems.

The product has been specifically developed as a substrate preparation component for the VALPAINT I-BETON and VALPAINT E-VOLUTION systems, as well as before applying decorative finishes such as Meteore 12, Meteore 14 Medio, and Meteore 14 Grosso.

Thanks to its high thixotropy, the compound does not sag on vertical surfaces, allowing easy and precise filling of even large gaps and uneven areas. Once cured, it forms an extremely hard and durable structure with ceramic-like properties, providing a stable and long-lasting substrate for subsequent decorative layers.

Stucco SB30 + CT90 is Intended For:

Product Preparation:

Before use, component SB30 must be catalyzed with the CT90 hardener. Both components should be mixed thoroughly using a spatula, paying particular attention to the material adhering to the sides of the container.

After mixing, the product should be used within approximately 1 hour at a temperature of 20°C (68°F). As temperature increases, the pot life may be significantly reduced. If a noticeable increase in viscosity or self-heating of the material occurs, it is recommended to prepare a fresh batch.

Application Method:

Before applying decorative finishes, all joints, gaps, cracks, and surface defects must be completely filled using STUCCO SB30 + CT90. Once fully cured, decorative products from the Meteore 12, Meteore 14, I-BETON, or E-VOLUTION systems can be applied.

During storage of the uncured material, the container should remain tightly sealed to prevent the absorption of moisture and carbon dioxide from the surrounding environment.

Coverage Rate:

Product consumption depends on the width and depth of the joint or defect being filled. For standard tile joints, estimated consumption ranges from 0.006 to 0.0306 kg per linear meter of joint. The theoretical coverage can reach up to 41.7 m² per kilogram of product, depending on tile size and joint dimensions.
