Can I return the sample board?

Yes — you are not buying the board; we treat it as a lending. The only cost you bear is the shipping. We refund your payment within 5 days of the board arriving at our parcel warehouse at Fabryczna 9b in Chodzież, Poland.

Why would I need a sample board if I can see the colours in photos?

Because a colour on a screen is not the colour on a wall — monitor settings can distort the shade, and the same colour looks different in daylight and in evening light. A sample board shows live colours and real structures in your own home. That matters, because tinted products cannot be returned — better to check before buying than to regret after.

If I buy a sample of a resin, mosaic or marmolit plaster, do I get a small amount of plaster?

Yes — you receive a full-value plaster in the quantity you ordered, usually 1 kg. If you buy 2 pieces, you get 2 kg of plaster in a white or black bucket. We play no tricks like shipping bare aggregate — our samples are real plasters.

Can I buy a primer in a small quantity?

If the offer does not say so — no. A plaster sample needs at most 0.2 kg of primer. We are not planning such a set for now, but if enough people ask, we will add it to the range.

Are decorative additives mixed into the plaster and paint, or separate?

If you choose an option with additives — such as glitter, mica flakes or metallic chips — the mixing room blends them in, proportionally to the number of samples ordered. We do not pack additives separately, unless you buy them on their own in a separate offer.

How many metres will a plaster sample cover?

It depends on the plaster. With 1 kg of resin plaster it is an area of roughly 30 × 30 cm. The exact figures are in each offer's description, in the key-facts section.
