What is Metalico decorative paint?
Metalico is a thick decorative paint by the Italian manufacturer Pigio that gives walls a pearlescent, velvet-like sheen — a modern wall finish applied over the Primer base coat. Thanks to its thick consistency it can be applied like a paint or like a decorative plaster — the finish comes out matte or high-gloss depending on the tool. The coating withstands repeated washing and needs no protective varnish. The effect is touch-dry after 8 hours and reaches full stain resistance after 7 days.
